An accessibility tool should hold itself to the standard it checks for. Here is exactly where this project stands.

Accessibility statement details

This website (the browser tools)

Designed to support WCAG 2.1 AA, with keyboard controls, visible focus, semantic structure, and progress announcements. Automated checks cover only part of accessibility. Full manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing of this release is still required; we do not claim full conformance.

The desktop app

The desktop app’s interface has known assistive-technology limitations and has not been tested with screen readers. The browser and desktop interfaces need separate testing. Repaired documents and reports can still contain accessibility barriers. Review the remaining findings and test each output with its intended reader; automatic repairs do not certify compliance.

Found a barrier?

If anything here doesn’t work with your assistive technology, please report it on GitHub — accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not feature requests.
